2016 Pre-Sale Electric Zoo Best Price Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

What is it?

Any customer who purchases a ticket for the 2016 Electric Zoo music festival (the “Festival”) from February 4, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (the “Pre-Sale Period”) through a ticketing websites authorized by EZ Festivals, LLC to sell tickets to the Festival and finds the same ticket for sale at a reduced price after the Pre-Sale Period shall be entitled to a refund equal to the difference between the price of the ticket actually paid during the Pre-Sale Period and the lower price after the Pre-Sale Period (the “Best Price Guarantee”). Such refund shall be the sole and exclusive compensation that will be provided in connection with the Best Price Guarantee.

Am I eligible?

The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the face price of tickets purchased during the Pre-Sale Period, which are sold online to the general public, through either (i) the designated Festival ticket purchasing website powered by Flavorus, Inc. or (ii) the designated daily deal website for the Festival (each, a “Designated Site”). The Best Price Guarantee does NOT apply to the following:

  • Ticket packages and bundles that include additional amenities such as parking, meals, other events, other tickets or on-site credits;
  • Tickets won through any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes; and
  • Tickets on secondary market ticket resale websites, brokers, membership rates, corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, package rates or group rates.

The calculation of the ticket price for the purpose of the Best Price Guarantee does not include service, processing, shipping, and other fees not included in the ticket face price. The calculation of the ticket price shall include any promotion code, coupon code, or other discount validly entered and claimed on a Designated Site.

How do I file a Claim?

Customers must file a claim to collect a refund on or before September 4, 2016 (the “Deadline”) by submitting the following information to help@madeevent.com: (i) the date, time, and ticketing website through which you purchased your ticket, (ii) the date, time, and ticketing website through which the price was reduced, (iii) any proof you have of the reduction (i.e., screenshot, photo, flyer, promotion, etc.), and (iv) any other information you feel may be helpful for EZ Festivals, LLC to ascertain the validity of the claim (each a “Claim” and collectively, the “Claims”). All eligible Claims must be submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions no later than the Deadline. Claims received after the Deadline will not be honored.

What is the process?

Upon verification of the lower online rate, EZ Festivals, LLC will send an email to the customer who submitted the Claim confirming that the Claim has been approved. Customers will receive their refund no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the Festival in a form and manner determined by EZ Festivals, LLC, in its sole discretion.

Following the submission of a Claim, our customer service team may contact the customer who submitted the Claim. If EZ Festivals, LLC is unable to replicate the reduced rate, then additional information and/or documentation may be requested from the customer in order to verify the reduced rate. Customers must retain all such documentation.

EZ Festivals, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to 1) deny any Claims that cannot be verified, or are incomplete; and 2) request additional documentation to prove that any Claim is not the result of fraud or suspicious behavior or contrary to the intent of the Best Price Guarantee program.

Are there any limitations?

There shall be a limit of one (1) Claim per customer of one (1) ticket, regardless of the number of accounts used by that customer, and regardless of whether such Claims were approved or denied. If multiple tickets were purchased by the same customer, then each intended user of such ticket shall file their own separate Claim.

EZ Festivals, LLC will not be liable for the payment of any Claims under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by any party or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to rates backed by the Best Price Guarantee.

These Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard Wristband Terms and Conditions. The Best Price Guarantee is void where prohibited by law.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EZ FESTIVALS, LLC, OR ANY OTHER RELATED PARTY, BE REQUIRED TO REFUND ANY CUSTOMER MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) OF THE FACE PRICE OF THEIR TICKET.
